– UCS, UCOS, UCS_UWM – presentation + abstract (without the obligation to submit a monograph chapter and scientific review),
– UCP, UCP_UWM, UCOP – presentation + monograph chapter.
For UCP, UCP_UWM, and UCOP participation forms, please send them to mskn@uwm.edu.pl , in accordance with the rules set out in the regulations.

Note:
– If you need a pro forma invoice, please send an email with your billing information (institution name, address, tax ID) to: justyna.ostrowska@uwm.edu.pl.
– A VAT invoice is issued after the payment has been credited to the university’s account. The process of posting the transfer may take several business days.
The seminar fee covers the following services provided by the Organizers*:
• Conference starter pack,
• Coffee breaks,
• Participation in the deliberations of a given Section or Panel,
• Evaluation of presentations by the Competition Committee,
• Awards for winners of individual sections/panels,
• Publication in peer-reviewed post-conference materials in the Book of Abstracts or Post-Conference Monograph and Book of Abstracts.
Failure to settle the conference fee for participation in the 55th MSKN in accordance with the above guidelines authorizes the Organizers to cancel the participation registration.
Upon cancellation of participation, the conference fee shall not be refunded.

Note:
Members of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn (UWM) should make payments using the inter-institutional payment service, assigning the UWM financial code: 16.880.025-500, as indicated on the website. This procedure is commonly used at the University. The participant’s description should be entered in the same manner as for a standard transfer, in accordance with applicable accounting rules. As part of UWM’s internal accounting, VAT invoices are not issued between University units.
